- B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurved & Medicine Surgery)
Eligibility Criteria for Under Graduate Courses (UG)
- The candidate should be an Indian National and should have completed 17 years of age on or before 31st December of concern academic year.
- Candidates seeking admission to the BAMS course, who have passed the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSSC) examination/(10+2) or the Indian School Certificate (ISC) Examination or Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Examination or any other examination equivalent to (10+2) HSSC examination of any recognized Board/University, from any school/college situated in India after 12 years of study with a minimum of 50% (i.e. 150 out of 300 marks) in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology and passes English subject, shall be eligible to appear at the All India Pre- Medical Entrance Test namely NEET for admission to the said course.
- Admissions to this course will be done on the basis of merit of the successful candidates at the All India Pre- Medical Entrance Test namely NEET.
- The candidates who do not fulfill the above prescribed requirement are advised not to submit their application forms.
- If a candidate does not fulfill the prescribed eligibility, mentioned above, he/she shall not be placed in the Merit List for admissions
MD/ MS (Ayurved) in 11 subjects: Agadtantra, Dravyaguna, Kayachikitsa, Kaumarbhritya, Panchakarma, Rasashastra, Rachana Sharir, Samhita, Shalyatantra, Stri and Prasuti, Shalakya tantra
Eligibility Criteria for Post Graduate Courses (PG)
A person shall be eligible for admission and registration
- Who has obtained a degree in Ayurveda from a recognized institution under a university or a statutory board or recognized by the Central Council of Indian Medicine for the admission or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto.
- Selection of candidate shall be made strictly on the basis of merit based on the AIAPGET conducted by AYUSH.
- The written test shall consist of one Common Entrance Test for admission where 50% of the total marks shall be the passing marks.
- The period of regular course of study for the degree course under this ordinance shall be of three years after the admission.
- The candidate shall have to attend at least 80% of total lectures, practical’s and clinical tutorial or classes to become eligible for appearing in the university examination.

- B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery): 4 ½ years degree course and one year compulsory Internship.
- M.D./M.S.: started in eleven subjects of Ayurveda – Samhita, Dravyaguna, Rachana Sharir, Agadtantra, Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalyatantra, Rasashastra, Kaumarbhritya, Stri and Prasuti, Shalakya tantra
- Ph.D. (Ayurveda): Started in all 14 subjects
- Certificate courses In clinical Panchakarma, Reverse Pharmacology, Yoga
- Fellowship in Ayurved Oncology, Ethnopharmacology, Panchakarma
